JMD Global Forwarders Inc (Group of Companies) is a active member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) and Federation of Freight Forwarders Association in India, (FFFAI). We also undertake Customs Clearance at ICDs viz Tughlakabad, Patparganj, Dadri (Greater Noida, Loni) & IGI Airport New Delhi, Mumbai, NhavaSheva, Kandla, Mundra, Chenai Ports. The firm is headed by the efficient & qualified staff who are well versed with the laws, rules & regulations of customs and passed the necessary examinations to act as Customs House Agent.

All our offices as well as our associates' offices are connected using modern communication systems. Information and instructions are constantly updated to have the knowledge of exact position of a shipment. The offices are well equipped to provide quick information and facilitate smooth & efficient handling of cargo.

Our People

Our people are our biggest assets. We have a highly spirited group of employees who are there when you need them. We have specialized staff to stuff more volume per container especially for goods like carpets, looms, hosiery, handicrafts,machines & sports goods.

We have different personnel for specialized jobs like preparing documents, processing of documents, managing transportation, planning of shipment and port formalities. Our staff take regular feed back from our customers to ensure trouble free and comfortable reallocation.

How we resolve your grievances and address your problems

We have a separate Grievance cell to take care of your problems. Our Leader personally addresses all the problems of our clients. The clients can also address their problems to our Member-Core Group.

We maintain a close track of all correspondence. Every effort is made to reply to the letters or fax, e-mails etc. within a few hours and wherever possible, immediately.

Our Achievement

Our excellent contacts with the government and semi-government organizations enable us to manage the formalities for the clearance of the goods, which saves our precious clients from tedious administrative hassels. We also keep an electronic track of the shipments to ensure that every shipment moves as planned and informed the client about the movement of their cargo till it reaches the destination.

We have a well-organized network of associates in major ports and cities in India and overseas, which gives us a major advantage in handling client’s jobs efficiently. We also under take Air Chartering of bulk cargo efficiently.
